Personal Care Home Services

The PCH sites within the region provide 24 hour nursing care in addition to assisted daily living services for people who are no longer able to care for themselves safely in their own home while promoting each individual’s independence. The goal is to provide these services in a friendly, homelike environment that value and welcomes the input, care and support of family members. Effort is made to meet both cultural and spiritual needs, depending on the resources available in the community.

PCH Services may include all, or some, of the following:
