The Assiniboine Regional Health Authority provides service to the vast south western section of Manitoba. This Friendly Manitoba hot spot offers wide open spaces capturing the rolling forested hills, everlasting prairie horizon along the Assiniboine River or sprawling acres of farm lands consisting of cereal grains, legumes and oil seeds. The ARHA region has access to various parks including Riding Mountain National Park and the International Peace Garden. The Assiniboine Regional Health Authority is one of rural Manitoba’s largest health care organizations. It is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of comprehensive health services to residents of the Assiniboine RHA. There are approximately 69,000 people living in the Assiniboine RHA. Our region employs approximately 3200 staff in various occupations.
